"Applehouse Cashier"

The Apple House Cashier is responsible for processing Apple House transactions in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. This is a seasonal position, scheduled to begin July/August - December.

Duties:

• Cashiering
• Customer Service; greet and assist guests
• Stocking apples and gift items
• Inventory control; receiving and pricing products
• Daily sales reconciliation
• Opening and closing cash register
• Working with manager to merchandise displays
• Light housekeeping

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED desirable.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Previous cashiering, cash handling, or customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs pounds may be required infrequently.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in a varied environment of hot, cold, etc.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
