Position Description
The Biology Instructional Office invites applications for a full-time instructional faculty member for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Primary duties include:
- Teaching lower-division undergraduate courses in genetics and introductory biology (candidates must be qualified to teach both areas)
- Participating in service and committee assignments
- Contributing to curriculum development
- Engaging in professional development opportunities
The teaching load is 3 courses per semester.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Genetics, Genomics, or Biology required
- Previous teaching experience strongly preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. full-time without sponsorship
