RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

University of the Ozarks invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of Finance position, effective August 2026. Preference will be given to candidates who have earned a Ph.D. degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field by the time of employment. Those who are ABD will also be considered. The ideal applicant should have experience in college teaching and demonstrate successful student-centered teaching outcomes. Additionally, applicants should be eager to work as a team to support our growing and popular undergraduate business programs in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, and Management. The primary responsibilities of this position include teaching finance and economics courses. Opportunities to enhance the business programs’ curriculum with additional upper-level courses and research that incorporates student involvement are available.
