The position will collaborate across Undergraduate Admissions, Enrollment Marketing and Operations, and university admitting centers to refine workflows, improve processes, and support strategic enrollment initiatives. This role also serves as a subject matter expert for holistic application review, providing training, guidance, and operational leadership to staff and review teams while helping to manage nuanced applicant scenarios, appeals, and post-admission processes.
