Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following position: Assistant Director for Resident Success in University Housing.

Required: A Master’s degree and three (3) years of experience responding to behavioral issues with strong leadership and administrative skills.
Preferred: Five (5) or more years of related professional experience in higher education or similar area of interest including live-in/live on duties as well as crisis response. Prior direct supervision of student para-professional staff and case management experience.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the operations of a residential area.
- Supervise, train and evaluate multi-level staff.
- Serve in a 24/7 senior level on call rotation providing guidance to entry level staff responding to self-harm, title IX and other behavioral and facilities related concerns.
- Provide leadership of departmental initiatives and collaborate with university partners to enhance the student experience.
- Provide leadership in the development of a residential community utilizing the departmental engagement model and maintaining a budget.
Student Services Manager I (CB75/61122784/ FTE -S01107P), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Band: 06. Salary range: $47,588.00 (minimum) – $67,817.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
