Assistant Director of Data & Assessment
Position Summary
This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station.
Under the direction of Associate Director of Marketing & Analytics, the Assistant Director of Data & Assessment plays a pivotal role in the UNC Career Center by leading data-informed decision-making, continuous improvements efforts, and measuring outcomes. This position is responsible for designing and implementing assessment strategies, managing data collection and analysis, developing clear data visualization tools, and providing actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of the UNC Career Center’s programs, services, and initiatives.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
