- In the pedagogical field: issues of entrepreneurship, business planning, and international management, with an emphasis on developing entrepreneurial thinking, creating and evaluating business plans, and managing enterprises in an international environment.

- proficiency in using standard digital tools in higher education.

Eligibility criteria
- Higher education in the relevant field of study.
- Completed Master's degree (University Education - 2nd level).
- Pedagogical activity/teaching experience.
- Active knowledge of a foreign language.
- Integrity (clear criminal record).
