Assistant or Associate Professor - Employment/Labor Law
The University of Houston Law Center invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor position to begin in the academic year 2026-2027 with a primary doctrinal emphasis in Employment/Labor Law. Applicants must hold a J.D. degree (or equivalent) and demonstrate potential as a scholar, teacher, and community member. The primary teaching focus is on doctrinal courses in employment and labor law, with flexible upper-level options. Willingness to teach in other areas, including 1L courses or bar exam topics, is a positive factor. Further information is available at: http://www.law.uh.edu. The University of Houston Law Center has an accomplished faculty and a strong entering class. It is part of a Carnegie-designated Tier One public research university located near the Texas Medical Center. Salary and rank are commensurate with experience.
