Assistant or Associate Professor in Law
The University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law seeks applications for four (4) tenure-track/tenured positions at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, commencing as early as July 1, 2026.

Windsor Law welcomes applications in all areas, especially environmental law, tort law, constitutional law, family law, evidence, and international trade law. It particularly seeks Indigenous candidates and those with social justice perspectives.
Windsor Law offers programs including a Canadian J.D., Dual J.D., and others, with a focus on diversity and community engagement.
The successful candidate must have a J.D./LL.B. plus graduate degree(s) or equivalent, excellence in research and teaching, and the ability to contribute to the community.
Research excellence is demonstrated through publications and presentations; teaching excellence through evaluations and awards.
Compensation is per the Collective Agreement, with benefits including pension and medical coverage.
