Assistant Professor
Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School’s Applied Economics Group in Cambridge, MA is seeking one or more tenure-track faculty at the junior and senior levels, effective July 1, 2026, or as soon thereafter as possible. We stress high research potential or achievement; faculty responsibilities include conducting original scholarly research in applied economics or relevant topics; teaching basic Economic Theory and Applied Economics, as well as more specialized courses at graduate and undergraduate level.
Applicants must possess a PhD in Economics or a related field by the start of employment.
