Description
The Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a full-time Assistant Professor, Clinical.
- Clinical Practice: Provide high-quality patient care in the field of endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Research: Engage in research to advance the understanding and treatment of endocrine and metabolic disorders in collaboration with other faculty or PIs as determined.
- Teaching: Educate and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Collaboration: Work in collaboration with divisional leadership and staff to advance the clinical, research, and teaching missions of the division and university. This includes participating in departmental meetings, contributing to strategic planning, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- MD or equivalent degree
- Board certification or board eligible
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical practice, research, and teaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
