Position:
The department of Management at California State University, Northridge (CSUN) is seeking two tenure-track faculty members in Management at the rank of Assistant Professor.
The successful candidate will teach courses in organizational behavior, management, and/or human resources management and have research interests in organizational behavior, industrial/organizational psychology, or a closely related field. Specific research interests are open, but preference will be given to those pursuing research that aligns with the research interests of current full-time faculty members of the Department of Management and which provides opportunities for collaboration among faculty.
In addition to teaching, the position requires weekly office hours, attending faculty meetings, participation in assessment of student learning, and service to the department, college, and university. The successful candidate may be required to teach on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and/or online and will be held to the standards and requirements of the college and department in which he/she/they is/are housed for recommending tenure and promotion. Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Management, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field. The doctorate degree must be from program(s) accredited by AACSB International or ABET (or an equivalent accreditation). The terminal degree must be awarded by the date of appointment.
