Specific Requirements
An applicant (m/f) must meet the requirements of Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on higher education and science.
Requirements:
- a doctoral degree in engineering and technical sciences; preferred disciplines: mechanical engineering; automation, electronics, electrical engineering, and space technologies;
- proficiency in the Matlab programming environment and CAD/CAE software systems;
- working knowledge of C++ or Python programming languages;
- foundational knowledge of robotics, including kinematic-dynamic modelling, trajectory planning, control of industrial and mobile robotic systems, and integration with sensory systems and PLC controllers;
- knowledge of artificial intelligence, deep machine learning, and machine vision systems (desirable);
- teaching and/or industrial experience (desirable);
- readiness to commission and modernise teaching laboratories in the above-mentioned disciplines;
- command of English at a level enabling the study of scientific literature and the drafting of research publications; foreign applicants are additionally required to demonstrate a good command of the Polish language.

- curriculum vitae (CV);
- the candidate’s personal data sheet;
- scans of the documents confirming the applicant’s education and qualifications;
- a list of the research and teaching achievements;
- a list of the research publications;
- a declaration on having full legal capacity;
- a declaration on the enjoyment of public rights;
- a declaration on non-criminal record for an intentional crime or an intentional fiscal offence with a legally-binding decision of the court;
- a declaration on not having a record of disciplinary punishment which revoke the right to practice the profession of an academic teacher or of the penalty of dismissal from work with the prohibition to work in higher education;
- a declaration on consent to the processing of personal data included in the job application for the purposes of the recruitment process;
- a declaration stating that in the case of being selected for the position, Casimir Pulaski Radom University will be the applicant’s primary place of work;
- a commitment to submit the statement referred to in article 265.5 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on higher education and science in the field of engineering sciences (mechanical engineering).
Selection process
The documents must be submitted to the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Casimir Pulaski Radom University, 54 hm. kpr. Eugeniusza Stasieckiego Street, 26-600 Radom, Room 236-B3, not later than 7.09.2026 r. The receipt date shall be construed as the date of the submission of the documents at the above-mentioned place. Expected completion of the recruitment process: 14.09.2026 r.
