Compensation: $59,572-$71,487 - Salary will be commensurate with level of experience

Position Information:
The Division of Business at Mayville State University is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track position as Assistant Professor of Business, beginning Fall 2026 semester. This position is responsible for teaching university business courses. This is not a remote position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver a teaching load of 24 credits per academic year (12 credits per semester) within the undergraduate Business Administration and/or MS in Leadership programs.
- Develop and teach courses in multiple formats (face-to-face, online: synchronous and/or asynchronous)
- Advising and mentoring students
- Create syllabi and prepare materials and curriculum for assigned courses
- Participating in program development, planning, and assessment activities
- This position is 80% teaching and 20% service to the division, university, and community. Examples of this service would include assisting in recruiting and retention activities and serving on committees.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting Management, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline; relevant business or industry experience.
