Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery at CUMC
Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons (CUVCPS) has commenced a search for a nationally recognized physician/scientist to serve at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurological Surgery.
This position is a full-time faculty appointment as an Assistant Professor in Neurological Surgery at Columbia University Medical Center with admitting privileges at one or more of Columbia’s affiliated/partner institutions. Candidate should be proficient in resident training and have strong research interests. Responsibilities will include direct patient care, the supervision and teaching of house staff (residents and fellows) and medical students. Candidate will participate in Departmental activities.
This full-time faculty position in the Department of Neurological Surgery reports to the Chairman of Neurological Surgery.
- Board certified or board eligible in Neurological Surgery specialty
- MD required
- Must be eligible for NYS Medical License and DEA
