Job Description

The position will involve:

Research in the field of environmental magnetism and serving as the principal investigator responsible for selected scientific and technical programmes.

Developing plans and methodological programmes for conducting research and development activities and selecting the necessary means for their implementation.

Preparing research manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed scientific journals based on the results obtained.

Providing justification for new research and development directions and the methods for their implementation; submitting proposals for inclusion in research work plans.

Coordinating the activities of co-executors in the joint implementation of projects with other organizations within the assigned tasks and summarizing the results obtained.

Determining the scope of application of the results of scientific research and development activities and participating in the practical implementation of these results.

Participating in the training of research personnel and in the professional development of scientific staff.

Requirements

PhD degree in Earth Sciences or a related field;
Knowledge of magnetometric equipment,
Experience in the field of environmental magnetism,
Ability to process and interpret magnetic data.

Conditions of employment:

The amount of funding for hiring a part-time employee is approximately PLN 3,700.00 gross/month.
Length of the phase: part-time position
Employment period: 24 months
Employment is planned as soon as possible
