To the contest can proceed the candidates who meet the requirements defined in the Article 113 within the meaning of the Law of the Higher Education and Science from the 20th of July 2018 (Journal of the Law of the Higher Education and Science of 2024, item 1571 with the subsequent amendments)and the Statute State University of Applied Sciences Memorial of prof. Stanisław Tarnowski in Tarnobrzeg
I. Requirements for the candidates:
- Acquiring an occupational title of medical rescuer,
- Holding a Master’s degree in public health,
- Holding a doctoral degree in the field of medical and health sciences,
- At least 10 years’ professional experience in a healthcare organisation in the field of emergency medical services
- Experience of running sessions in a medical simulation laboratory,
- At least 10 years’ experience of teaching students
- Knowledge of the Polish language enabling teaching students,
- Availability - work within the time limits set by the dean of the faculty,
II. Required documents:
- application to HM Rector State University of Applied Sciences Memorial of prof. Stanisław Tarnowski in Tarnobrzeg for the above position,
- professional, educational, organisational CV,
- personal questionnaire of a person applying for employment,
- a copy of the diploma confirming professional qualifications as a paramedic (original for inspection),
- a copy of the second-cycle degree diploma (original for inspection),
- a copy of a doctoral degree in medical and health sciences (original for inspection),
- statement of seniority or certificate attesting current employment
- statement of the candidate of meeting the requirements defined in the Article 113 within the meaning of the Law of the Higher Education of 20th July 2018 (Journal of Law of the Republic of Poland of 2024, item 1571 with subsequent amendments),
- statement of consent to the processing of personal data included in the job offer for the purposes necessary to carry out the recruitment process pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on data protection) and the Act of 10th May 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text Journal of the Law 2019, item 1781 with the subsequent amendments)).
The administrator of personal data is the State University of Applied Sciences Memorial of prof. Stanisław Tarnowski in Tarnobrzeg ul. Sienkiewicza 50, 39-400 Tarnobrzeg. Personal data will be processed only for the purpose of recruitment for the position of assistant professor at the State University of Applied Sciences Memorial of prof.
