"Assistant Space Manager"

The Estates and Campus Facilities department are seeking an Assistant Space Manager to join the Campus Development Team. The team will have an integral role in helping to achieve the University’s vision to “have a smaller, high quality, civic campus, that is green, creative, and open”.

The role will work to provide the evidence and insight necessary to inform and support the development of projects as well as also overseeing initiatives with reach across the institution.

Package includes 37 days holiday per year plus bank holidays as well as access to a range of staff discounts. The role is suitable for hybrid working but based in the Estates office on Park Place in Cardiff.

This post is full-time and fixed-term for 1 year.

Salary: £41,064 - £46,049 per annum (Grade 6)
