"Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach"

Randolph-Macon College invites applications for a full-time Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach. The assistant coach will help plan and execute practices and game plans for a competitive NCAA Division III program.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the head coach with student-athlete recruitment and development, on-field instruction, strength training, equipment/uniform maintenance, social media management, travel accommodations, and community service engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and previous competitive playing experience at the college or university level required.
• Previous coaching experience preferred.
• The successful candidate will also become knowledgeable of NCAA Division III rules and regulations, be proficient with Windows operating system and have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record by insurance standards.
• Will be required to attain CPR/First Aid certification.
