SUMMARY:
The Indiana University of Pennsylvania College of Osteopathic Medicine (IUPCOM) invites applications for the inaugural Founding Associate Dean of Operations, a full-time, nonrepresented management position beginning in Summer 2026. As a member of the college's executive leadership team, the Founding Associate Dean will provide strategic administrative and operational leadership in support of the Dean and the overall mission of the College, ensuring the effective and efficient execution of daily operations. Reporting directly to the Dean, the Associate Dean will be responsible for the management, oversight, and direction of all operational functions within the College of Osteopathic Medicine, including grants administration and project management, institutional compliance, and accreditation requirements related to COCA and MSCHE standards. The position provides direct leadership and supervision for key operational personnel, including the COM Budget Director, Assistant Director of Human Resources, Assistant Director of Financial Aid, Director of Quality Improvement and Assessment, Clerical Assistant for the Department of Operations, and grant-funded Project Managers within the College's reporting structure.
