• Assisting the Dean in the overall management of the School;
• Providing administrative leadership and guidance for academic planning, budgeting, purchasing, facilities management, teaching and learning services delivery and personnel management, including part-time teachers appointment. 
• Supervising administrative units including the Dean's Office, Academic Services Unit and General Services Unit;
• Assisting the Dean to implement collaborations and projects with external partners;
• Engaging in professional and community activities; 
• Participating in School/University activities and administration; and
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the Dean (LiPACE).

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

• A higher degree (preferably an earned doctorate) and professional qualification in relevant areas;
• Substantial professional management experience in tertiary/post-secondary/continuing and professional education or in educational-related NGOs and organisations;
• Having strong ability to build rapport with a broad spectrum of stakeholders;
• Active involvement in professional and community activities is required; and
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be proficient in English & Chinese languages (preferably including Putonghua).

Terms and Conditions for Appointment

An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, a composite cash/housing allowance, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates.
