"Associate Director, Collection Management & Systems"

The University of St. Thomas has an open position for an associate director to provide leadership and vision for the libraries’ collection management, technical services, and library systems. We are looking for a thoughtful, forward-thinking, engaged colleague to join our team at a library and institution that is well-positioned to take on the challenges and opportunities ahead. The Associate Director for Collection Management and Systems supports the mission of the University of St. Thomas and our libraries through the development of current, high-quality, and relevant library collections; managing workflows for acquiring, organizing, and making resources available; and supporting the systems that make internal work and user access possible.
