General Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration. Five years of experience in fundraising, membership, and/or marketing.

Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:
Performs complex managerial work providing direction and guidance in operations and planning for other annual giving programs with oversight of the Director. Organize and manage volunteers in support of the University's strategic plan and goals.

Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):
Grows and retains annual donors to the University. Seeks new annual giving strategies and growth opportunities. Identifies major gift prospects through annual gifts. Plans, organizes, and directs the operations of the annual Faculty and Staff Campaign to increase faculty and staff participation under the direction of the Director of Annual Giving. Organizes and implements staff leadership (i.e. volunteers) and recognition programs. Develops annual strategies, goals, and objectives for annual giving. Oversees and approves schedules, priorities and standards for achieving goals. Develops, implements, and evaluates policies and procedures and oversees compliance with policies and procedures for annual giving. Oversees the preparation of management and productivity reports for programs including faculty and staff campaign, online giving, and other
