Oversee and manage daily operations and staff of Student Accounts.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Organize, schedule, and coordinate daily workload in order to ensure achievement of departmental service objectives and standards
- Provide functional leadership and administrative supervision to a varied team of employees
- Hire, train and evaluate employees in an effective manner
- Manage tuition and fee assessment, student invoicing, and financial aid and personal refunds
- Assist students and parents with questions and concerns and work with campus partners to facilitate solutions
- Oversee collection efforts in coordination with the Collections Specialist for past due balances
- Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations governing higher education and student financial aid
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
- Three (3) or more years of related work experience
Proposed Salary
Commensurate with experienceThis is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
