• Earned doctorate in management or related field
• Exceptional research record, teaching experience, and other/service qualifications commensurate with tenure at the Associate or Full Professor level

Preferred Criteria:

• Interest and expertise in teaching international management and strategic management for online and in-person programs
• Ongoing program of research in premier refereed journals
• Desire to work with doctoral students
• Interest and ability to collaborate with Division faculty
• Record of teaching success

Description:

The Division of Management & International Business at the University of Oklahoma, Price College of Business is pleased to announce that applications are being accepted for a tenure-track or tenured position in Management and International Business at the rank of Associate or Full professor. An Endowed Chair position is available for exceptional candidates.

Ideal candidates will have an outstanding research record, and we are particularly interested in applicants who may have an interest/ability in teaching strategic management and international management courses (e.g., International Business, Cross-Cultural Management, International Human Resource Management). Overall, applicants should have qualifications commensurate with tenure at the Associate Professor level or above at the University of Oklahoma and must be committed to excellence in research and teaching, to collegiality, and to fulfilling the mission of the Price College (https://www.ou.edu/price).

This position offers a competitive salary along with research and travel support. Teaching responsibilities may include undergraduate courses and/or courses in our MBA program, which has various formats, including online and/or in person at our 27,000 square-foot flagship facility for the Gene Rainbolt Graduate School of Business in the heart of Oklahoma City at OU's University Research Park on the Health Sciences Center campus (https://www.ou.edu/price/mba).
