Job Description:
The University of Florida (UF) Department of Medicine (DOM) invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the Ast/Aso/Full Professor level in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine. Rank and Tenure status will be commensurate with qualifications.
About the Position
We seek an accomplished investigator with a strong record of independent, extramurally funded research to join a dynamic and collaborative academic environment. The successful candidate will expand and lead a robust, innovative research program aligned with divisional priorities.
Current clinical and translational research focus areas for the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine include obstructive, interstitial, vascular, genetic, and rare pulmonary diseases; asthma and immune‑mediated lung disease; critical care pulmonary research; and pulmonary translational research infrastructure, among others.
The Department of Medicine (DOM) Research Hub includes over 40 principal investigators across 10 divisions, including 11 within the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine, providing extensive opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and translational research.
