About the Role:
- Identifying and monitoring external funding opportunities aligned to Hartpury’s strategic priorities
- Preparing clear summaries and recommendations to support bid and no bid decision making
- Supporting the coordination and preparation of funding applications, including written content, costings, impact statements and quality assurance
- Working with academic teams, professional services and external partners to gather inputs and ensure timely delivery of bids
- Maintaining accurate records of bid activity and contributing to progress and strategic reports
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of external funding processes and templates
About You:
- Experience of supporting funding bids, tenders or grant applications
- The ability to interpret complex guidance and translate it into clear, practical advice
- Strong written communication skills, with experience drafting structured and persuasive content
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet competing deadlines
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
