Job Summary
The Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) School of Nursing is seeking qualified Master's prepared registered nurses to join our team as Adjunct Clinical Faculty. These positions are primarily face-to-face clinical teaching opportunities in a variety of healthcare settings and are ideal for nurses who are passionate about mentoring the next generation of professional nurses.
Adjunct Clinical Faculty are responsible for supervising and evaluating nursing students during direct patient care experiences. This position is an in-person adjunct faculty appointment that provides instruction and supervision at assigned clinical partner sites throughout the region, including Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, and Glades counties. Travel between clinical locations may be required.
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis to establish a qualified adjunct faculty pool. Placement in the adjunct faculty pool does not guarantee an appointment or teaching assignment. Qualified applicants will be contacted as instructional needs arise, based on program needs, clinical site availability, scheduling requirements, and alignment with the applicant's qualifications and expertise.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Nursing with an area of specialization in Nursing from a nationally-accredited nursing program and regionally accredited Institution or equivalent accreditation.
