Job Summary
The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Cadet Leadership Academy department on the Dahlonega campus. We are requesting a position to cover the Superintendent's Office and the Commandant's Office. The student will do random things needed from the staff in the department. Running errands on campus, covering the office with the admin is away, sending correspondence to donors, answering the phone, filing paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Student needs to be prepared to work in the office where they are seen by many campus visitors, looking professional.
- In both offices, student will see staff, students and a variety of guests they'll need to comfortable speak to them.
- Student will run campus errands, cover the admin desk, answer the phone and direct callers as needed.
- Students will cover the main reception area in Price once a month to cover for lunch meetings.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Some office knowledge, common sense, neat and clean appearance, able to speak clearly for others to hear and understand what you are saying.
Required Qualifications
- Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
