Be part of a passionate and professional team at the Gallagher Academy of Performing Arts & The Pā! As a Casual Event Crew member, you’ll work alongside dedicated experts, including the Systems and Administration Manager, Events Co-ordinator, Audio Visual and Events Technician, and Venue Hosts. Together, you’ll deliver seamless, successful events every time.

Do you have a customer-focused attitude, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to take initiative? Are you the kind of person who loves handling the behind-the-scenes details that help create unforgettable experiences? Then we want you!

These are Casual, Event-based roles, based on our Hillcrest Campus. Rates vary based on specific roles, starting from $24.00 per hour. If you're ready to contribute to exciting events and be part of an energetic, supportive team, we’d love to have you on board!

The Venues Team are an important part of the Development & Event Services Division within the Office of the Vice-Chancellor. We play an important role in enhancing the University’s reputation by supporting the successful delivery and operations of the University’s premier venue services.
