Centre Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity within the National Technician Development Centre (NTDC) for an experienced administrator who can establish a positive working relationship with stakeholders to make an impact on the sustainability of the technical community within the HE sector. You will join the small but dynamic team at the NTDC.

The Centre administrator will ensure the smooth delivery of administration support for the NTDC & HEaTED teams. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for delivering a professional service. The role requires delivery of central office activities, including financial processes and be responsible for maintaining and updating NTDC and HEaTED records, databases as well as liaising with HEaTED training providers, together with other office-based processes. The ability to travel to UK higher education institutions for technical events with possible overnight stays is a requirement of this post.
