As a key member of the President’s Executive Leadership Team, the next CFO will be able to provide strategic vision, financial stewardship, and operational oversight to advance the mission and long-term sustainability of our University. The CFO must bring a forward-thinking and solutions-oriented approach to managing the University’s financial health, facilities, technology, and operational infrastructure.

This individual will collaborate closely with the President, Board of Governors, senior leadership, and campus partners to ensure that West Virginia University’s financial, physical, and technological resources are aligned with its strategic priorities and positioned for continued growth and success.
