Our nursing program is renowned for its commitment to excellence in education, clinical practice, and research. We seek a PhD/DNP-prepared (or equivalent) faculty member with academic experience, a productive program of scholarship, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to better health for all people through quality advanced practice and doctoral-level nursing education.

The successful candidate will have teaching, clinical, and administrative responsibilities within the nursing program at YSN. This position may include additional leadership or administrative responsibilities.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver innovative and engaging curriculum.
• Provide clinical instruction and supervision to students in various healthcare settings.
• Contribute to advancing nursing knowledge through research and scholarly activities.
• Participate in administrative duties such as curriculum development, student advising, and committee work.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall quality of YSN programs.
• Engage in community outreach and professional development activities to promote academic nursing.
