QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Associates Degree or higher preferred
Skills: Basic computer skills training.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Answers telephones, responds to emails, and checks identification, takes and distributes messages.
Records testing related activity in the Salesforce CRM.
Distributes appropriate tests.
Ensures security, readability and filing of tests, and security of department’s computers.
Proctors test takers to maintain test security and complete required documentation in the event academic misconduct is identified
Administer computer based tests like the GED exam, the state of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant exam, CLEP and similar tests that might require specific proctoring certification
Sorts and distributes mail.
Fills out appropriate paperwork as is required.
Monitors office supplies and maintains decorum of testing rooms.
Collaborates with the Access and Disability Services office to assure materials needed for specialized, accommodated testing are distributed.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule
Monday-Thursday 10:30am - 7pm & Friday 8am - 4:30pm
