CLINICAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR II

The Department of Neurology's Movement Disorders Division seeks to hire a Clinical Program Director II position. The position serves as the primary administrator for the division and, among other duties, provides administrative/operational support to the division and faculty, maintains attending schedules, coordinates non-GME movement disorders fellowship, coordinates clinic closures, and serves as administrative liaison to the Chair's Office.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Processes master template changes, clinic closures, clinic openings, and new provider setup
- Provides financial oversight and reporting for divisional accounts
- Staff onboarding and recruitment support
- Divisional procurement, reimbursements, payables, and routine operating
- Management of non-GME fellowship program (movement disorders)
- Administrative liaison to Chair's Office.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Work Characteristics
- Clinical scheduling experience preferred.
- Financial oversight experience preferred but not required.
Salary Range: $60,835-$98,855
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- And five (5) years of related experience required
- Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement
