Clinical Research Assistant (HS)
Job Description Summary
To provide assistance in support of clinical research studies being conducted in the Department of Urology in conjunction with support from the College of Medicine (COM) Center for Clinical Research Management (CCRM); assists with implementation and coordination of studies; participates in recruitment of study participants; performs behavioral or diagnostic testing; assists with collection maintenance & reporting of clinical research data.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences, Health Sciences or medical field, or equivalent combination of education experience required.
Experience Required
0 years of relevant experience required.
Preferred Experience
2-4 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience in research capacity desired; knowledge or experience in the field of Urology may be desired; experience in phlebotomy may be desired; experience performing basic laboratory procedures to process biological specimens may be desired; computer skill required with knowledge of database software applications desired.

This is a patient facing position and required to be onsite.
Travel to other outpatient facilities within the Columbus Metropolitan area may be required. The locations may include, Dublin, Powell, Upper Arlington, New Albany, and Outpatient East.
