"Clinical Research Coordinator B/C"

The University of Pennsylvania, a world-renowned leader in education, research, and innovation, is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator B/C. This role involves implementing clinical research activities within the Cardiovascular Division of PPMC, assisting with study coordination, recruitment for industry-sponsored studies, and working with study physicians, research director, and staff.

Responsibilities for Coordinator B include: assisting in coordinating clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and GCP guidelines, overseeing administration of study interventions, maintaining research data and files, reporting adverse events, preparing IRB documents, conducting study visits, providing training, and traveling for meetings.

Responsibilities for Coordinator C include: identifying and recruiting study subjects, data entry, organizing study procedures, sample processing, conducting follow-up calls, assisting with regulatory correspondence, providing education and support, assisting in investigational device trials, and training staff.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science with 2-3 years of experience for B, or 4-6 years for C, or equivalent combination.
