Clinical Research Fellow
We are looking to appoint a Research Fellow to join the Wasserman research group in the Institute for Infection and Immunity. The post holder will be responsible for leading the development of international management guidelines for bedaquiline-resistance tuberculosis within a large EDCTP-funded project, as well as other activities in the group, including project management support, data analysis, grant applications, manuscript writing. We would like to hear from candidates with an MBBS or equivalent degree, project management or clinical research experience, and demonstrable ability in evidence synthesis and scientific writing.
- Successful track record in project management and/or undertaking clinical research projects
- Competent use of electronic databases (e.g. REDCap) and statistical software (e.g. R, Stata)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible and able to take initiative
- Strong organisational and time-management
- Enthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problems, a self-starter with ability to work unsupervised
