The role:

As a College Administrator – People Management, you will play a key role in supporting business and strategic planning. You’ll work directly with the College Executive on managing significant areas of work including being responsible for coordinating staff recruitment, promotion panels and supporting the Executive Dean with large projects.

You’ll collaborate closely with the College Director of Operations, the College Operations Manager and colleagues across the Operations team, becoming a trusted and valued point of contact.

What you will bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience and understanding of working within an office environment; how to communicate effectively with people across a number of different areas
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
  • Experience supporting meetings and events, including producing agendas, minutes and reports
  • Motivation in contributing to a positive working culture and environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
