Salary Range: $76,147 - $81,259 commensurate with experience.

High School Diploma with four years of related experience required. An associate degree may substitute for two years of experience, and a bachelor's degree for four years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology or related field
• Four years of college laboratory experience supporting Biology courses
• Knowledge of taxonomy, specimen dissection, microbiology techniques, and bacterial culture maintenance
• Experience maintaining marine and freshwater aquaria
• Skilled in microscope use, maintenance, and repair
• Proficiency in Smartboard, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and LMS systems
• Experience with purchasing and inventory control
• NYCFD C-14 Certificate preferred
