Job Description:
SUNY Schenectady County Community College seeks a full-time ATTAIN Lab Coordinator for the Schenectady Outreach Center. Reporting to the Executive Director of the Schenectady Outreach Center (SOC), the ATTAIN Lab Coordinator (ALC) will provide on-site and remote coordination and facilitation of activities contained in the ATTAIN Lab.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient delivery of ATTAIN services and self-paced resources
- Conduct ATTAIN enrollment process and maintain participant records
- Determine participant TANF eligibility
- Facilitate in-person and virtual orientations, trainings, and ongoing participant support
- Proctor certification exams
- Create and maintain a clean, comfortable and orderly learning environment in the lab
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with adult population. Experience with instructional computer software applications. Experience working with underserved/underprepared populations.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education or related discipline strongly preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Microsoft certifications.
