Required – High school diploma or equivalent and keyboard skills.

Preferred– Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Be available during college store hours to assist students, staff members and the public.
2. Become familiar with all products available for sale in the store.
3. Analyze items that are being offered in the store and provide recommendations for new and improved.
4. Become proficient with the Point of Sale system.
5. Assist with ordering, pricing and stocking incoming products.
6. Assist with custom orders required by college programs and staff.
7. Assist with keeping the website information current.
8. Order and check-in office supplies for stock and staff members.
9. Email students that receive packages.
10. Care for overall store appearance by cleaning, restocking and taking out garbage.
11. Operate efficiently and accurately.
12. Take periodic inventory of college store.
13. File invoices and other documents as needed.
14. Provide recommendations for process improvement.
15. Help College Store Coordinator supervise work-study students.
16. Order, cook, and maintain prepared food items as needed.
17. Clean and sanitize food equipment as needed.
18. Serve on college committees as appropriate.
19. Any other duties as assigned by the College Store Coordinator.
