About you

Experience thriving in fast-paced customer service environments while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Future and Current students from diverse backgrounds.

Ability to manage enquiries across multiple channels, including phone and email.

Strong problem-solving skills, with a commitment to first-contact resolution and a student-first approach.

Contributing positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence.
