About the Role

The Community Based Medical Education (CBME) administrator sits within the Institute of Health Sciences Education (IHSE). The purpose of the job is to support the delivery of the rolling programme of training for our CBME Tutors (over 400 tutors). The role will also support the delivery of the community based programme components of the MBBS SSCs (Self Selected Components) and support the core administrative processes across CBME modules.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of working in Higher Education (HE) and a good understanding of the HE administrative cycle and related issues. You will have a proven track record of working collaboratively and building relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will have excellent communications and organisation skills and have an ability to prioritise your workload to meet multiple deadlines.
