Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 12 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.
Department Preferences:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, higher education administration, hospitality management, nonprofit management, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating events, alumni relations, community engagement, advancement, communications, marketing, hospitality, or higher education programs.
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Experience coordinating budgets, purchasing, or financial records.
- Experience using constituent relationship management (CRM) or event registration software.
- Experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate engagement initiatives.
