Position Summary

The Compliance Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the School of Dental Medicine's commitment to regulatory compliance and clinical excellence.

This position is responsible for:

• Conducting chart audits
• Managing compliance documentation
• Ensuring faculty and staff meet mandatory training and licensing requirements
• Running Axium reports as needed

The Compliance Administrator works closely with the Compliance Officer and compliance team to maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 1 year experience in compliance or administrative position
• OR
• An equivalent combination of education and work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task with accuracy and independence
• Knowledge of compliance-based programs (CODA, DOH, OCR, OMIG)
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse constituents (faculty, staff and students)
• solution-oriented

Salary Range

$40,000 - $47,000
