Job Description
This position will work with the IT Operations Manager to provide end-user support to Undergraduate Admissions and other select Enrollment Management departments as needed. This will involve troubleshooting, running diagnostics, repairing computers and equipment, and resolving other technical issues. Required Qualifications
- Experience with installing, operating, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software
- Experience installing computer peripherals such as printers, scanners, or similar devices
- Experience with Windows and Mac Operating systems
- Experience in providing good customer service
- Experience with operating and troubleshooting issues with Audio/Visual equipment
- Ability to work within a team to meet departmental needs along with fortifying departmental procedures and policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with device and patch management tools such as BigFix, Kaseya, JAMF or Microsoft Intune
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Spiceworks or ServiceNow
- Experience within an IT Help Desk environment or related role
- Experience with managing and troubleshooting Apple mobile devices
- Experience with managing and troubleshooting Linux Operating systems and digital signage
