This position supports behind-the-scenes operations and works well for a student who enjoys organized, detail-oriented work in an office setting.

This position is ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in office administration and professional operations, particularly those who enjoy structured, independent, behind-the-scenes work; students from all fields are encouraged to apply.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks and programs.
• Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital records.
• Prepare materials and paperwork for classes and programs.
• Perform general clerical duties and administrative support.
• Assist multiple programs with a variety of tasks as assigned.
• Support daily office operations and special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Eligible for Federal Work-Study Program
• Currently enrolled as an Odessa College student (part time or full time student)
