Front Range Community College is hiring a Controller for the FRCC Foundation. Reporting to the VP for Finance & Administration, the Controller provides financial leadership, fund management, budgeting and audit oversight for about 240 restricted, endowed and board-designated fund accounts. The role works across FRCC's Westminster, Fort Collins and Longmont campuses, with occasional remote work (up to two days a week).
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary financial lead for the Foundation's fund accounts, including balances and restrictions.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and present proposed budgets to the Executive Director and VP for Finance & Administration ahead of Board review.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
- Partner with Foundation leadership and College Finance on long-term financial sustainability.
Salary
$110,066 – $115,569 per year.
