Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in counseling and guidance, college student personnel, education, educational administration, student affairs, or related field.
• Two years of relevant work experience within a higher education or closely related testing environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders (students, colleagues, administrators), both verbally and in writing.
• Must possess diplomacy, confidentiality, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially with students.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products and Google platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in counseling and guidance, college student personnel, education, educational administration, student affairs, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a higher education or closely related testing environment.
• 2-3 years working in a higher education environment.
• Excellent oral, written communication skills, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of CLEP services, Zoom, Banner, EAB Navigate, and Degree Works
